How do we begin to thank you? We did it again! With your help and generosity and support, “The Tasting” exceeded all expectations – we had more people participate, new faces, fabulous fare, amazing auction items and a sizzling new “look” with our “Sip, Savor, Splurge” theme. Chris has such wonderful talent and an eye for design.

We have once again raised the bar for this wonderful event, and our chairs and co-chairs are thrilled with the results. We understand that you are asked to support many worthy causes in Atlanta each year, and we want you to know that we are truly grateful that you chose to care about our cause.

“The Tasting” raised $177,000.00. As a result more services will be available to serve adults with developmental disabilities through the Jewish Family & Career Services Zimmerman Horaowitz Independent Living Program, the beneficiary program of this event. This program provides life skills supports, supervised housing, employment counseling and placement, transportation and a variety of additional resources that enrich the lives of ambitious and courageous adults with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that each of our program participants ahs the best chance we can give them to live within our community, alongside us as neighbors, and that they are afforded every chance to fulfill their dreams and reach their individual goals. Your generosity directly impacts our capacity to realize their dreams.

On behalf of “ The Tasting” volunteers, “host” families, the participants we serve in our program and our wonderful guests, please accept our most sincere appreciation generosity and contribution to this memorable experience.
